EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We want you to love your BATALOVES´. Pretty simple, right? If you have ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order as long as:
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear), and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your original order.
All returns must be pre-authorized through firstname.lastname@example.org, and within 24 hours the customer will receive an email with return instructions.
Costs associated with any return are the responsibility of the customer.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible, but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 14 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payments providers.
WHAT IF I REFUSE MY ORDER?
Orders that have been refused by the receiver, failed attempted delivery or have not been collected from the access point in time, will be charged with a return fee. The fee is €30 for domestic shipments and €65 for international shipment
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from this website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, BATALOVE. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when BATALOVE delivers these items to the carrier.
